The Engine: Google AI & Genkit
Our platform utilizes Google AI (Gemini) models integrated via the Firebase Genkitframework. We leverage the Google Gemini family of models for their state-of-the-art reasoning capabilities in complex strategic scenarios.
Your Data is Not for Training
NextStrategy utilizes paid enterprise-tier API access. Under these terms, Google does not use any customer data sent to the Gemini models to train its foundation models. Your strategic trade secrets and organizational data remain strictly private and under your control.
Limitations & "Hallucinations"
Artificial Intelligence can occasionally generate plausible-sounding but factually incorrect information (commonly referred to as "hallucinations").
The AI can:
- Synthesize large sets of internal data.

The Strategy Coach & Context
The Strategy Coach uses your organization's specific metadata (such as Industry Definition, Strategic Scope, and Geographic Scope) to provide tailored advice. This ensures that the AI's "reasoning" is grounded in your specific business reality.
Strategic Capacity
AI usage is managed at an organizational level via "Strategic Capacity units". Each subscription tier includes a set quota (e.g., 1,000 units). This ensures high-performance availability and prevents system abuse, maintaining a premium experience for all users.
Real-time Auditing
Individual Strategy Coach queries are logged for quota enforcement and quality assurance. This data is stored in your organization's private environment, allowing administrators to monitor usage and strategic engagement.
The Human-in-the-Loop Principle
NextStrategy mandates a Human-in-the-Loop approach to business strategy. Every AI-assisted output is presented as a "Draft Recommendation" that requires explicit review and validation by your strategic leaders before it is integrated into your roadmap.
